Our history
JSC «Agrokombinat Dzerzhinskiy» is one of Belarus’s largest integrated agro-industrial complexes, steadily expanding its multi-profile production.
To date, the company’s structural divisions operate across eight districts of the Minsk region and the city of Minsk, with a workforce of nearly 9,000 employees.
Over the last three years, five agricultural enterprises have joined the holding: the «Minsky» branch, the «Minsk Meat Processing Plant» production site, and the «Volozhinskoye» branch. Additionally, «Slutsk KHP» (Slutsk Cereal Products Plant) and «Vileyka Feed Mill» are currently under the company’s trust management.
The scale is unrivaled: the enterprise manages over 120,000 hectares of total land area, including approximately 100,000 hectares of agricultural land.
The company operates on a closed-loop technological cycle based on the «field-to-shelf» principle.
This includes supplying raw materials to feed mills, producing in-house hatching eggs, and processing meat and milk. The final stage of this «home stretch» is the sale of finished products through its branded retail network, various trade outlets across the Republic of Belarus, and, of course, international export markets.
«Dzerzhinka» is one of the most recognizable brands in Belarus, with its products known and trusted in many countries worldwide.
Our Advantages and Achievements
A closed production cycle, ranging from poultry and cattle breeding to the manufacture and sale of deep-processed products, semi-finished goods, and hatching eggs through our own retail network as well as major retail chains across the Republic of Belarus. It is worth noting that the sale of our products is carried out not only on the domestic market but also beyond the borders of the Republic of Belarus.
The enterprise operates an accredited laboratory equipped with all modern control facilities and has implemented 5 management systems:
— A Food Safety Management System based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), compliant with STB 1470-2012 requirements;
— A Quality Management System compliant with STB ISO 9001-2015 (ISO 9001:2015) requirements;
— A Food Safety Management System compliant with STB ISO 22000-2020 (ISO 22000:2018) requirements;
— An Environmental Management System compliant with STB ISO 14001-2017 (ISO 14001:2015) requirements;
— An Occupational Health and Safety Management System compliant with STB ISO 45001-2020 (ISO 45001:2018) requirements.
JSC «Agrokombinat Dzerzhinskiy» has also obtained certificates granting the right to use the «HALAL» label on its products.
Agrokombinat Dzerzhinskiy is a multiple-time laureate of the Government Award of the Republic of Belarus for Quality Excellence, receiving the honor in 2002, 2007, 2012, 2017, and 2020.
In 2023, a number of broiler chicken meat products were awarded the «Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus» mark. Furthermore, in 2025, several products became laureates of the «Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation Market» competition.
